The area employs a small workforce of fighting, steel, and rock types as well as hard nosed Human Miners to produce the cut stone blocks and stones.<br /> <br /> It formerly enjoyed a much richer economy through operations of the Peninsula Docks Cement Co. Responsible for a lot of exploitation of the small nearby lakes and dropping soot on much of the land, the plant was shutdown decades ago and currently stands in disrepair, haunted by many Ghost and Poison Pokemon.<br /> <br /> <br /> There is a Ghost expert here who studies the Ghost Pokemon as they wonder around the plant.</div>

The center of the room is a shared table, almost always shared between functions of mapping, researching, and eating. Opposite the research terminals, the wall has a refrigerator, sink, hanging microwave, and small pantry. A monitor mounts to the same wall as the door. This wall also features a small window to allow some natural light in when needed.
