Description

Pokemon Professor Ellis Ferne is the Michi region's foremost expert on Pokemon.

History

With a high level Pokemon Doctorate and several notable awards for both teaching and research, as well as a well known love of both Pokemon and science, there is no one better under whom to learn, study, and raise Pokemon in all the Michi region. He might not be as internationally renown as Masaki Sonezaki of the Pokemon Storage System, but at least in Michi, Ferne is the foremost expert on Pokemon.
